Welcome to our coaching practice. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging in coaching services with us. By booking or participating in coaching sessions, you agree to the following terms.
Coaching services

Coaching is a collaborative, client-driven process designed to support personal and professional growth.

Coaching does not provide medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice. It is not a substitute for professional treatment or therapy.

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions throughout the coaching process.
Appointments and cancellations

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or result in the session being forfeited.
Confidentiality and data protection

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without your explicit consent, except where required by law. This includes situations where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, in which case confidentiality may be broken to ensure safety.

We process and store your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, compliant with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Coaching session notes are securely stored and deleted once coaching ends.

You have rights over your personal data, including access, correction, deletion, and complaint options as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Payment terms

Coaching fees and payment methods will be clearly communicated prior to commencement of services.

Payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate coaching services for non-payment.
Limitations of liability

Coaching is a supportive process focused on your personal and professional development; however, it does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes.

You acknowledge that any decisions, actions, or changes you make based on coaching sessions are your sole responsibility.

We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of coaching services.

Coaching is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice or treatment. You agree to seek appropriate professional assistance where necessary.

In cases where there is risk of harm to yourself or others, confidentiality may be broken as described in the Confidentiality section, and we shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such disclosures.
Termination of coaching relationship

You may end coaching at any time by providing notice.

We reserve the right to terminate coaching services at our discretion if we determine that continuing the coaching relationship is no longer appropriate, including if there is a breach of terms, inappropriate behavior, or if we decide we are unable to effectively support you.

Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain payable.
Intellectual property

Coaching materials, including any written content or resources provided, remain the intellectual property of the coach.

You may use materials for your personal development but may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
